The G0704 Deluxe Spindle Kit Belt Drive, Spacer and Power Drawbar Kit is a major upgrade for your Grizzly G0704 benchtop milling machine.  It offers several improvements that will transform you mill into a small production work horse.  below are the key benefits of this update:

• Smooth Multi-V rib Belt Drive Conversion

• Head and Column Spacers for increased Travel Potential, up to 9.5" of Y travel

• Pneumatic Power Drawbar system for use with TTS Tool Holders

• Increased Spindle Speed to 6000rpm when configured properly

• All required Hardware Provided for installing the Kit

• 1 Piece stainless steel Precision spindle pulley drive tube

• Upgraded Precision Nachi Drive Tube bearings Preinstalled

• Provisions for use with industrial 3ph AC Spindle Motor (customer sourced)

User Supplied Requirements:

• 1800rpm Inverter Duty, 4 pole, 143TC, 145TC or 56C 3ph AC Motor, 1.0 - 1.5hp recommended

• Select your motors shaft diameter of 5/8" or 7/8" at checkout

• Shop air between 90-150psi (the higher the better of this range for heavy cutting)

• Any and all motor controller (VFD) and wiring for connecting the user supplied motor

Recommended Components NOT included in this kit:

• 3/4in TTS Collet for use with TTS Style Tool Holders (offered separately in our webstore)

• Nachi Precision Tapered Roller Spindle Bearings (offered separately in our webstore)

• Kluber Isoflex 15 NBU High temp spindle bearing grease for the above bearings

• Any Tools required for installing the kit and other upgrades.
